My FaceHole and Phone Diet

Guess what? I'm on a diet! 

Researching the privacy issues, manipulative and  and harmful effects of Facebook and phone use had me down. Way down.

 So I'm doing something about it!

Maybe now I'll have time to change my eating, too.
